Guide to Participating in the KINGS Olympiad

For Teachers:

Step 1 - Teacher Registration:

  • Begin by registering as a teacher.

  • Upon registration, your teacher profile is automatically created, and your account is loaded with 400 welcome points. Registration is free.

  • You will be assigned a personal manager who will assist you throughout the process. Within 24 hours of registering, your personal manager will reach out to you via email or phone.

Student Registration:

  • Teachers can register students through their personal teacher profiles.

  • Each student, once registered, can participate in all subjects.

  • Note: Students can also register independently if they wish to participate in the Olympiad.

  • Student registration is also free.

  • A student profile is created once a teacher registers a student. Through this profile, students can:

    • Access preparatory tasks for the 1st stage of the Olympiad.

    • Participate in the 1st stage and the final of the KINGS Olympiad.

1st Qualifying Round:

  • The tasks for the first qualifying round align with the curriculum of the India's education system.

  • Students have 40 minutes to complete tasks for one Olympiad in one subject.

  • To qualify for the second and final round, students must answer at least 50% of the questions correctly.

  • The first stage takes place from April 14 to April 27, providing students with a three-week window to complete tasks in all six subjects.

  • While students can participate in all six subjects on the same day, we recommend taking breaks between tests to optimize performance.

  • Results of the first qualifying round will be announced on April 28. Students can check their results using a unique numeric code (generated during registration) located in the upper right corner of their profile.

  • After the 1st qualification stage, students receive digital participation certificates, and teachers earn additional points as recognition for their involvement.

The Final:

  • The final stage is exclusively for students who successfully completed the first round.

  • In the final, students are given 1 hour to solve problems in their respective topics.

  • Awards are provided based on performance in the finals, including diplomas and prizes.
