Rules and Regulations

1. Payment

1.1. Payments for the final stage are exclusively accepted through the online system, where you can conveniently select your preferred payment method (bank transfer or payment after generating a receipt at specified locations).

1.2. Cash payments are not accepted during the Olympiads.

1.3. The participation fee for the final stage is 350 INR.

1.4. Failure to make the payment will result in the participant's final work not being evaluated.

2. Refund of Participation Fee

2.1. The participation fee is non-refundable.

2.2. Participants who have paid the participation fee but cannot participate in the Olympiad final may transfer the payment to another subject Olympiad within the same semester or to the Olympiad of the following semester. Participants must notify the organizers in advance if they are unable to participate in the Olympiad final.

2.3. The participation fee will only be refunded if the Olympiad final is canceled due to the fault of the organizers.

2.4. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 10-15 Business Days.

3. Conduct of the Olympiad Final

3.1. Each participant must possess a participant code and a valid identity document.

3.2. Participants will receive instructions on essential rules and conduct (see section 4.6, section 5.4) before the Olympiads. Failure to adhere to the rules or disregard for organizer instructions may result in the exclusion of the participant from the Olympiad.

3.3. Participants will have 60 minutes to complete the tasks of the Olympiad final.

3.4. Once the Olympiad final begins, participants are prohibited from:

3.4.1. Using mobile phones and other electronic devices.
3.4.2. Using additional materials such as books, notes, sheets, calculators, etc.
3.4.3. Communicating with others.
3.4.4. Violating the rules set by the Olympiad organizers.

4. Results

4.1. The results of the final stage will be announced within 7 working days after the conclusion of the Olympiad.

4.2. Students can access the final stage results by logging into their personal accounts at www.kingsolympiad.in using their participant code.

4.3. If the participant was registered by a teacher, both the participant and the teacher will be able to view the results in their respective systems.

4.4. All information, including participant results, will be provided to the respective school management during the semester.

4.5. The top fifty participants in each age group will be listed in the ranking table, including their results, names, and school information.

5. Handling Complaints Regarding Results

5.1. Disputes and complaints concerning the results of the final stage of the Academic Olympiad will be addressed by the complaints commission established by the Olympiad organizers.

5.2. Olympiad participants have the right to appeal the evaluation within 24 hours after the results are posted on the official website. When submitting a complaint, the Olympiad participant should specify the task and results they are disputing.

5.3. Complaints must be supported by evidence and specific references; otherwise, they will not be considered.

5.4. The commission will only review the accuracy of the evaluation for the specified task in the complaint. The commission must resolve the complaint within 4 working days of its submission.

5.5. The commission will not review complaints if the disputed test task was not completed or if multiple answer options were selected.

5.6. Such complaints from Academic Olympiad participants should be sent to the official KINGS email address (info@kingsolympiad.in) and must meet the conditions specified in paragraph 2 of this article.

5.7. Received complaints will be referred to a special commission, which must consider the issue and make a decision no later than 4 working days after the appeal period ends.

5.8. If the appeal is upheld, corresponding points will be adjusted for all students in that class under similar circumstances.

5.9. Points for all participants may be adjusted based on received applications until the rankings are published. Once the rankings are published, new applications will not be considered, and points will not be recalculated.
